The Support Services Generalist will support the execution of day-to-day processes and procedures, assisting business compliance to governing body policies by ensuring requested tasks are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Through excellent administrative and systems support, they will underpin the effective, safe, and compliant delivery of education and children’s activity services by the operational teams across the group, achieving the best outcome for its stakeholders, learners, and customers. The ultimate objective of the Support Services Team is to ensure all business systems and process meet customer expectations, all the time.
