Seeking experienced start-up advisors, self-employment mentors, and business owners to join our programme delivery team.

We deliver a series of online, live and interactive, one-week courses, and need to expand the team in order to service a greater volume of customers. If you have a passion for start-up, coaching and mentoring and want to support aspiring entrepreneurs, we want to hear from you.

You must currently/have previously run your own business or be self-employed. You must have a good knowledge of the start-up process.

The programme includes a formal level 1 qualification and typically covers the following topics; Formalities of Business Set-up, Business Planning, Company structures, Financials, Problem Solving and Risks, Grants & Funding, Marketing & Social Media, Sales & Promotion

Duties;

Provide group tutoring sessions to adults across a range of key start-up considerations.

Give adults the tools to become self-employed of start their own business.

Support adults in achieving the level 1 qualification.

Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback.
