We are looking for a passionate and outgoing individual who has a keen aspiration to learn, be mentored by highly experienced coaches and obtain real life experience of what it takes to be a Personal Trainer and Coach for a range of different clients with different goals.
Shadowing our two head coaches as they deliver over 45 Personal Training sessions per week. Learning how to lead a safe and enjoyable session for multiple participants and understanding how to efficiently plan an effective training programme.
You will also be shown the fundamentals of running a small business and how the finance, operations, marketing and advertising all plays a part in keeping the business thriving.
Also responsible for keeping the gym clean and safe from Health and Safety hazards,
