Description

Main purpose of position

The Safeguarding Assurance Manager will lead the development and implementation of quality standards and compliance across all safeguarding practices within the SCL Group. This role will ensure that safeguarding policies, training, and procedures are aligned with legislation and national regulatory standards (such as KCSIE and Ofsted requirements), providing ongoing quality assurance to minimise risks and enhance learner safety and reduce reputational risk.

Location: Remote with regular travel
