We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and awareness across all channels. This role will work across all aspects of marketing, with specific ownership of social media strategies and execution across the group. The ideal candidate will bring creative expertise, an analytical mindset, and hands-on experience in social media management to create impactful and engaging content. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and to maximise our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Communication to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that support brand objectives and drive engagement.
- Work across all marketing functions, including digital, print, email, and events, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution.
Social Media Ownership:
- Lead the strategy, management, and execution of social media across all platforms for the group, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Develop creative, engaging social media content that aligns with brand values, promotes our services, and fosters interaction with target audiences.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights to drive engagement and reach KPIs.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets for campaigns and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content across digital channels aligns with marketing goals and maintains brand consistency.
Campaign Management & Reporting:
- Manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and performance tracking.
- Analyse campaign performance across channels, preparing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
SEO & Digital Marketing:
- Support SEO and content optimization efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
- Collaborate with the digital team to implement effective digital marketing strategies, including email marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
Event Support & Brand Promotion:
- Support promotional activities and events that drive brand visibility and learner engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximise event impact and ensure consistent branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience managing social media.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
