The Head of Commercial & Partnership Creative is responsible for delivering the commercial growth of the Creative division. The role is outward facing and the critical first contact that any new customers and partners will have with the SCL Education Group.
The Head of Commercial & Partnership Creative must clearly relay the values of the business ensuring that only the right partners are brought on board while ensuring that challenging KPIs and targets are achieved. The successful applicant must ensure that they keep up to date with patterns in consumer and market behaviours, curriculum developments, regional LMI and government policy to effectively support and optimise the business’s commercial performance.
The role of Head of Commercial & Partnership – SCL Creative is a hands-on role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base and the competitive market that SCL operates in. The role is an integral part of the business in that it also involves the management of external partners and collaborations with numerous internal departments to ensure commercial success.
They will be responsible for identifying potential new SCL college sites and potential campuses opportunities using their in-depth knowledge of the creative industry and relevant marketing data.
They will then take a lead role in taking successfully identified opportunities from initial concept through to successful recruitment and enrolment of students in line with agreed commercial requirements. This will include the identification of the required staff and industry specialist contractors to make the site both a commercial and educational success
