We are seeking two Learner Conversion Officers on a temporary contract.
The main purpose for this role, is to support the business in achieving its growth target by converting warm leads generated by our Marketing team and support them in enrolling onto one of our Adult Skills Funded programmes. The provision this role is focused on is our Maths and English functional skills qualification for Adults.
The Conversion Specialist is responsible for building a positive relationship with our Adult Learners after they have expressed an interest in one of our provisions. They are responsible for support with Information, Advice and Guidance of the programme and the enrolment process and and start their learning experiences. The conversion specialist will be responsible for conversion of initial interest to starting a programme, managing the client expectations for enrolment and their learning journey, working with the commercial team to support achieving business divisions targets, working with Admissions to support onboarding and compliance requirements.
