Main purpose of position
Join us as our next Operations Manager and use your leadership and interpersonal skills to head up our team delivering Destination led courses to support both NEET and economically inactive residents within the areas we deliver.
You will be managing the SCL Core Skills Division, a division dedicated to supporting some of the most vulnerable residents living in the communities we serve. Ensuring all aspects of our delivery meets local needs and supports residents to become work ready, develop the skills and mindsets to ensure they can succeed in a positive progression no matter the challenges they face.
