Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Business Administration apprentice will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director of Partnerships. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop strong business administration skills while gaining exposure to partnership management, stakeholder engagement and strategic projects within a professional environment.

The Business Administration Apprentice will support with administrative tasks, presentations, coordination and general office support, while working towards a recognised Business Administration qualification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As part of this role, the Business Administrator will:       

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Partnerships.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and filling systems.
  • Assistant with the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
  • Format and proofread documents to a high standard.
  • Support the creation of templates and internal documents.
  • Support communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate partnership meetings.
  • Maintain contact lists and partnership databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks aligned with partnership activity.
  • Assist with process improvements and administrative activities.
