Apprenticeships and Bootcamps IQA | Remote
Are you passionate about the education and experienced in quality assurance? We’re looking for an experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our Quality Team to drive high standards within our apprenticeships and bootcamps provision.
Level 3 Personal Training qualifications essential.
You will:
- Lead in the delivery and assessment of high-quality learning
- Quality check apprenticeship standards, delivery plans, assessment materials and assessment decisions
- Drive robust IQA processes across Apprenticeships and Bootcamps and lead on sampling, verification and quality audits
- Manage External Quality Assurer (EQA) visits and compliance audits
- Run and report on learner, employer and delivery partner surveys, to identify trends in industry readiness and skills alignment
- Develop and deliver bespoke CPD and standardisation training for teachers/trainers
- Manage virtual learning environments (VLE's) to ensure data is kept up to date and materials are appropriate
- Represent the quality team by taking part in projects to shape wider processes and systems at SCL
What you’ll need:
- Sporting industry experience (Gym/Personal Training essential)
- Strong Experience of vocational delivery and assessment
- Level 5 Teaching qualification
- Experience in IQA or a Level 4 IQA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and influence
- Competent in Microsoft packages and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Highly organised and experienced in managing high pressured events
