The Administrator will provide essential operational and data management support to ensure the smooth running of the programme. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate learner records, supporting managerial reporting, and coordinating key processes that contribute to learner progress, compliance, and overall team efficiency.
Full training will be given on all systems, terminology and processes.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Learner Data Management & Tracking
- Maintain and update learner information across systems
- Process Learner Management System changes (status updates, line manager details, start/end dates aligned with ILR data).
- Update operational reports and enter data on to the appropriate system
EPA & Compliance Support
- Align data from end point assessment organisations with internal systems to ensure apprentices are moving through the process for achieving their end assessment and that data is accurate
Reporting & KPI Preparation
- Prepare and compile KPI reports and comparisons weekly and monthly
- Produce fortnightly reports for client - Iceland Supermarket
Learner Support Coordination
- Support the Functional skills trainer (s) to assign apprentices to functional skills classes and update learner information on the system and report.
- Contact learners requiring additional support to confirm needs and requirements. Pass information to Learner Support Coaches (LSC). Assist LSC to type up and document support plans
General Administrative Support
- Ensure accurate scheduling, documentation, and data input across all learning and assessment systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the programme, trainers, and management team as needed.
