Main Purpose of Position
To effectively on-board learners and clients ensuring they choose the right career pathway and apprenticeship. You will be great at providing an excellent customer service experience to our apprentices and employers, communicating clearly and providing up to date information, advice and guidance at every stage during the on-boarding phase right up to enrolment.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders ensuring levy accounts, initial assessments and contracts are in place and that our learners and employers receive a first-class professional service.
The Learner Enrolment Officer will support SCL Professional to ensure that a thorough end to end quality recruitment and onboarding process is experienced by customers expressing an interest in SCL’s apprenticeship programmes.
The role will proactively focus on providing comprehensive information, advice and guidance to prospective learners and employers alike. They will be motivated, knowledgeable and articulate in ensuring all customers receive a positive and effective SCL experience.
They will work with SCL operations team to support, and quality assure all aspects of learner onboarding process to ensure an excellent transition for a learner to enrol onto an SCL programme.
