We need an Apprentice Fitness Motivator who will…

  • Want to learn to be an effective communicator with other team members

  • Want to learn how to deliver high customer service standards making every members visit an enjoyable one that keeps them coming back
  • Want to ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the gym

Level 2 Gym and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications will be gained during the course. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and we will complete a DBS check prior to you starting with us

Everyone Active is seeking a determined and passionate individual to undertake a Personal Trainer Level 3 Apprenticeship.
This programme will allow you to demonstrate industry-leading professional practice, providing tailored advice and guidance to customers to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Within the gym, you’ll gain hands-on practical experience, plan member inductions, and be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all member areas. As an Apprentice Personal Trainer, you’ll help provide a stimulating environment for current members while supporting and integrating new ones.

If you do not already hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, we offer an enhanced version of the Personal Trainer Level 3 Apprenticeship that includes the Certificate in Gym Instructing Level 2 qualification.
