Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the initial aspect of the ‘scholarship journey’ for clients and their families
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a first-class experience.
- Collaborate with clients to create and maintain their player profile for the scholarship
- Collect and organise necessary paperwork and footage for admissions.
- Identify problem areas and highlight concerns to appropriate members of staff if needed.
- Communicate clearly with clients, simplifying complex information effectively.
- Liaise effectively with other departments regarding updates and client advancement
- through the Player Path program.
- Co-ordinate and help organise athlete events throughout the year.
- Work through the lead pipeline to generate sales calls.
- Report leads, calls booked and sales.
