Main Purpose of Position
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, building, and executing SCL Skills’ B2B demand generation strategy, with a core focus on creating a scalable, data-led marketing engine that complements the manual efforts of the field-based sales teams.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), this is a hands-on, player-leader role. You will be expected to set the strategy, lead the function, and personally drive key activity where required, particularly in the early stages as the marketing engine is built.
Working closely with the CGO and sector leads across each vertical, you will help define and execute go-to-market strategies, identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), develop customer personas, and create targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable pipeline.
The role currently includes management of one FTE focused on account-based marketing, PR, and communications. You will also manage external agencies and specialist partners where required, either to increase speed of execution or fill capability gaps.
