Main Purpose of Position
As Head of Sales for Sports, Fitness & Performance, you will be responsible for shaping and executing SCL Skills’ growth strategy across both elite sport and fitness / leisure markets, including professional clubs, governing bodies, agencies, and adjacent organisations.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will own the commercial performance of the sports vertical, defining sector strategy, developing targeted propositions, securing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
You will play a key role in translating sector insight into scalable commercial opportunities.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will design and execute sector-led marketing strategies to build a strong and consistent pipeline.
This role requires a leader who understands the dynamics of the sports industry and can combine commercial acumen with relationship-led selling to unlock growth.
