Main Purpose of Position
As Head of Sales for the Education sector, you will be responsible for shaping and executing SCL Skills’ growth strategy across the education market, including Primary, Secondary, Further Education, Prisons, and adjacent sectors.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will own the commercial performance of the education vertical, defining sector strategy, developing compelling propositions, securing large-scale partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will play a critical role in translating organisational growth ambition into a clear, executable plan within your sector.
You will also work closely with the Head of Marketing to design and deliver sector-specific demand generation strategies, ensuring a consistent and scalable pipeline.
This role requires a commercially astute leader who can combine strategic thinking with execution, building a high-performing team, unlocking new markets, and positioning SCL as a trusted partner across the education landscape.
