Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential? SCL Group is looking for an a number of enthusiastic and motivated Inclusion Coaches to join our Learner Services team.
In this role, you'll work closely with learners from a range of vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds, including those with SEND, low prior attainment, financial hardship, and other barriers to participation and achievement. You'll provide targeted support to improve engagement, attendance, wellbeing, progress and positive destinations.
